Are you passionate about educational equity and eager to make a measurable difference? Join Blueprint Schools Network as a Math Fellow and support students through high-dosage, small-group math tutoring designed to accelerate learning.
As a Math Fellow, you’ll play a critical role in launching our Blueprint Math Fellows program in the Copper Corridor —working directly with students in schools, receiving ongoing coaching and professional development, and contributing to a mission-driven organization committed to sustainable, evidence-based results for students and communities.

Schedule & Term
- Full-time, school-day schedule; Part-time schedules may be available
- Full Time: Monday–Friday approximately 8:00 am–4:00 pm
- Part Time (four hour blocks): 8:00 to 12:00 availability block or 12:00 to 4:00 availability block. May vary slightly depending on individual school schedules and school placement.
- Final schedule depends on school placement
End Date: Aligns with the end of the school year with summer support anticipated; selected candidates will have the opportunity to express interest and be considered for following school year opportunities based on performance.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- $18/hour, paid bi-weekly
- Total compensation is based on assigned school schedule and number of student service days

What You’ll Do
- Provide daily, small-group math instruction during the school day
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students
- Use provided lesson materials and progress-monitoring tools
- Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and your Site Manager
- Engage in professional learning, feedback, and reflective practice
Through this role, you’ll play a direct role in advancing educational equity and improving student outcomes.

Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Authorized to work in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, CPT) for this role now or in the future.
- Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of at least an associate’s degree
- English proficiency (Spanish language skills a plus)
- Ability to commit through the end of the school year
- Successful completion of required background screenings
- Reliable transportation
