Competitive Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: 7.5 hours per day - during school day - Monday through Friday. 35 hours per week (schedule may vary based on school placement, your Site Manager will confirm your start and end time based on your school campus location). School breaks and holidays are not paid. The role includes 4 voluntary paid professional development days (scheduled by your Site Manager to take place during school breaks/closures).

Your Role
As a Blueprint Math Fellow, you’ll provide small-group math instruction to 4–8 students at a time, helping them build confidence and academic success. You’ll work closely with teachers, collaborate on lesson plans, and foster meaningful connections with your students.
This is more than a tutoring position; it’s a chance to impact lives while exploring a future in education.

Position Details
Location: On-site in partner schools
Length of Service: One academic or program school year
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Age 18+
- Currently enrolled in an associate’s degree program; or previously enrolled in an associate’s degree program; or completed an associate’s degree or higher required.
- Language proficiency: English required, Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in foundational math concepts to effectively support grade levels served and guide students in understanding and mastering mathematical principles.
- Access to reliable transportation or public transportation.
- Ability to learn and use Google Suite applications for email correspondence, data entry and analysis on spreadsheets, managing calendars, and executing various administrative tasks.
- Ability to learn and utilize educational technology platforms for instructional purposes, progress monitoring, and data analysis.
- Experience working with adolescents (or related fields), tutoring or mentoring youth preferred but not required.
- A team-player attitude with a strong sense of accountability and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrate a belief that all students can succeed.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be agile, resilient, flexible, and adapt to a certain amount of unpredictability and change.
- Openness and ability to receive feedback in support of ongoing growth.
- The ability and willingness to go above and beyond to support student achievement.
- Blueprint Math Fellows are required to complete and successfully clear the pre-employment background screening process for Blueprint and partner schools/districts before the start of training.
