As a returning Math Fellow, you’ve already built meaningful relationships, developed instructional skills, and contributed to student growth. Now, step into your next year with even greater impact—accelerating student learning, strengthening your practice, and helping shape a high-quality tutoring experience for even more students.
In your second or third year, you’ll deepen your instructional expertise, take on increased ownership in your school community, and further contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on sustainable, evidence-based outcomes for students.

Cohort & Coaching
Continue in a collaborative cohort of Math Fellows while benefiting from ongoing coaching, feedback, and advanced professional learning opportunities throughout your term.
Schedule & Term
- Full-time, school-day schedule; Part-time schedules may be available
- Full Time: Monday–Friday approximately 8:00 am–4:00 pm
- Part Time (four hour blocks):
8:00 to 12:00 availability block or 12:00 to 4:00 availability block
(May vary slightly depending on individual school schedules and placement) - Final schedule depends on school placement
- End Date: Aligns with the end of the school year
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- $23/hour, paid bi-weekly
- Total compensation is based on assigned school schedule and number of student service days

What You’ll Do
- Provide daily, small-group math instruction during the school day
- Strengthen and sustain impactful relationships with students
- Use provided lesson materials and progress-monitoring tools to drive student growth
- Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and your Site Manager
- Contribute to a strong team culture through shared learning and reflection
- Continue engaging in professional learning, feedback, and reflective practice

Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Current enrollment in a degree program, prior enrollment, or completion of at least an associate’s degree
- English proficiency (Spanish language skills a plus)
- Ability to commit through the end of the school year
- Successful completion of required background screenings
- Reliable transportation
